Ben-Hur, a descendant of a noble Jewish family, was betrayed by a friend of the Romans. After going through the crucible of trials, the young man turned into a hardened husband, but his heart remained loving and tender. Ben-Hur believed in Christ and gathered a legion to defend the Savior from Rome, but the prince did not expect the Jews themselves to shout "Let him out!"
